The detailed answer is that some trim pieces will be need to be changed over to '87-'89 for the best installation. The '90-'93 cars have slightly different pieces to accomodate the air bag steering column. These pieces have a larger radius where they arch over the steering column and this larger radius partially blocks the tachometer and speedometer.
